Cancellation / Refund and Modification Policy

Cancellation:

• Once tickets are purchased offline or booked online for BluThunder Water Park, they are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
• If a guest mistakenly books the wrong category, they must pay the price difference.
• Refunds are only applicable for the security deposit amount paid for rental items, subject to the discretion of BluThunder Water Park management.

Modification:

There are no charges for modifying the visit date at BluThunder Water Park. However, if the ticket rate changes due to an upgrade from the weekday to weekend, the price difference will be charged. Conversely, no refunds will be given for the price difference.

Guests who book online through the BluThunder Water Park website can modify their visit date before 12 am, one day before the original booking date. The modification will remain valid for the same duration as the initial offer under which the booking was made.
